Flood Management
Some of us are very active in campaigning for action on the climate and ecological emergencies and it’s very restorative to be so practically engaged in addressing the impacts of climate change.
We’ve been excited too to notice new wetland habitats for wildlife. These include a surprise visit by a pair of mandarin ducks to pool held back by a dam after heavy rain fall, a pair of trout in a newly formed scour pool and unusual cardinal beetles on our posts.
